For professional associations, unions and peak bodies

Run a stronger membership organisation.

Nexy helps associations, unions and peak bodies increase member retention, improve operational efficiency, free up staff and give executives the insight they need to make better decisions.

  • Increase member retention
  • Reduce administration
  • Sharper board reporting
  • Streamline operations
  • One governed platform
One platform · One environment · One member record

Your members deserve a platform designed around them. Not around your administrator. Not around a database. Around them. That is what Nexy is.

The patchwork

Between your organisation and your members sits a tangle of disconnected systems.

Every box is another login, another vendor, another place for the relationship to break. This is what most platforms hand a member.

Complexity is not being solved. It is being purchased on a schedule. Some of it even gets sold as one platform.

The Nexy difference

Built around the member.

Member experience first. Governance and CRM underneath.

One platform, not another layer.

One vendor, one record. It replaces the stack.

Trust, by design.

Australian hosting, governed access and communications.

Inside the platform

One home for members. One place to run it from.

Members get one connected home across web and mobile. Your team runs everything from one governed environment, on a single member record underneath. Here is both.

The member's view

What your members see.

The same connected home on web and mobile: community, messaging, events, learning and their membership, in one place they have a reason to return to.

Your team's view

What your team runs.

One dashboard across members, messaging and events, on one member record. One vendor, one contract, one roadmap underneath.

A platform that works is not the same as a platform that holds. Nexy is built to hold.

Why Nexy

Not a portal. Not a bolt-on. Not a generic CRM wearing a membership badge.

Nexy is purpose-built for professional associations, unions and peak bodies. One vendor, one contract, one roadmap, one canonical member record. A platform your organisation can commit to, not another system to manage.

Built around the member.Administration comes second, not the other way around.
One platform, not another layer. One vendor, one record. It replaces the stack.
Trust, by design.Australian hosting and governed access, for organisations where governance is not optional.
Most platforms make you choose between a member experience and a governed core, or assemble it from separate systems. Nexy brings all three together: built around the member, one platform, trust by design. That is what makes it different.

Questions, answered

The questions your role actually asks.

Is Nexy an association management system or a CRM?
Both, in one product. Nexy combines a serious membership core and CRM with a modern member experience, so you are not forced to choose between back-office rigour and something members actually want to use. It is built for professional associations, unions and member-based organisations, not adapted from a generic sales tool.
How does Nexy improve member retention?
By being designed around the member rather than the administrator. Members get one connected home for community, learning, events and services, engagement lives on one member record where the organisation can actually see it, and renewal stops being an annual surprise. The era of assumed renewal is ending: every renewal is a decision and every login is a vote. Budget is what departing members say; experienced value is what decides. A database doesn't retain members. Connection does.
Can I take the cost to my board before we commit?
Yes, that is the point of publishing it. The full commercial model is on the pricing page: three tiers from $18,000 a year, implementation from $12,000 fixed after scoping, the 4% annual escalation from year two, metered items and initial terms. Build the estimate, email it to yourself, and it is board-ready before a salesperson knows your name.
How long does implementation take?
Go-live typically runs from eight weeks for a smaller organisation on Core to sixteen weeks for an Enterprise rollout, subject to scope. Implementation is a fixed fee with defined scope and change control, so the timeline is agreed in writing, not discovered in delivery.
What are we actually committing to?
An initial term of twelve months on Core, twenty-four on Pro or thirty-six on Enterprise, with a fixed-fee implementation and a stated escalation. Everything with a dollar sign is published before you commit, and your data is yours: full export in standard formats if you ever leave.
We have been through a platform project that went badly before. How is Nexy different?
Most projects that fail do so because several vendors and tools are stitched together, and the organisation carries the integration debt for years. Nexy is one product, one contract and one roadmap, with a fixed implementation scope agreed before you start. You commit to a platform rather than assembling one. The full migration approach is set out on the Switching page.
How is our member data governed?
Australian hosting on Microsoft Azure, with encryption, multi-factor authentication, role-based access and audit logging as standard. Union membership and professional data sit among the more sensitive categories an organisation can hold, and the platform is built on that assumption.
